This is the 5 min speech of Claudia Hopman on behalf of Global Women Leadership Foundation duringthe FfD4 Finance for Development Fourth Conference during 5 days 10-14 Feb 2025 at UN HQ in New York

Claudia has written several books and has been working with United Nations for over 12 years “to contribute to a better world, because it matters.” She was nominated by EMCC as one of the 60 Best Coaches of Europe and has been nominated twice for the Global Coaching Awards. She is dedicated to support top women, has collaborated several times with SER Topvrouwen, and is currently a PhD candidate.
What touched me most is her personal story. During our preliminary conversation, she shared a story with a female director from a large organization in India; this conversation opened Claudia’s heart and gave her direction: to commit herself to women leadership. In no time, Claudia wrote a plan and brought it to life. Her story is infused with universal laws of nature – without naming them, she lives them. What she dreams, she creates. What she feels, she embodies. What moves her, is what she turns into action.
