The story behind the book<\/div><\/div>
In 2011, Claudia Hopman set out on a mission to research new leadership and amplify the presence of female leaders worldwide.<\/p>\n

She conducted in-depth interviews with female leaders from multinational organizations across six continents, including countries such as India, South Africa, Suriname, Russia, the United States, and Australia.<\/p>\n

A selection of these inspiring interviews is featured in her book, accompanied by an 18-minute documentary film. Claudia has written several books and has been working with United Nations for over 12 years \u201cto contribute to a better world, because it matters.\u201d She was nominated by EMCC as one of the 60 Best Coaches of Europe and has been nominated twice for the Global Coaching Awards. She is dedicated to support top women, has collaborated several times with SER Topvrouwen, and is currently a PhD candidate.
\nWhat touched me most is her personal story. During our preliminary conversation, she shared a story with a female director from a large organization in India; this conversation opened Claudia\u2019s heart and gave her direction: to commit herself to women leadership. In no time, Claudia wrote a plan and brought it to life. Her story is infused with universal laws of nature \u2013 without naming them, she lives them. What she dreams, she creates. What she feels, she embodies.
